Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the relationship between you and Cuentamelo Todo when you use this website, send an inquiry, or participate in a mentoring service.

Effective date: July 26, 2026 · Last updated: July 26, 2026

Important: Cuentamelo Todo provides independent, non-clinical mentoring. It does not provide healthcare, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis services.

1. Operator and acceptance

This website and the mentoring services described on it are operated by YunnoTecka LLC. By using the website or purchasing a confirmed service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

The website and mentoring services are intended for adults age 18 or older. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement.

3. Nature and scope of mentoring

Mentoring consists of educational conversation, structured reflection, practical planning, and accountability around goals chosen by the participant. Topics may include everyday decisions, projects, studies, work, business, routines, or personal development.

Juna is an independent mentor with five years of practical mentoring experience. Juna is not represented as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, licensed counselor, social worker, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Mentoring is not a substitute for medical care, mental-health care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency assistance. Cuentamelo Todo may decline or pause mentoring when a request falls outside this scope.

4. Inquiries, acceptance, and booking

Submitting the website form is only an inquiry. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a specific outcome, or a confirmed appointment. A service becomes confirmed only when the format, schedule, fee, and any additional terms are provided in writing and accepted by both parties.

5. Fees, cancellations, and rescheduling

Any applicable fee and payment schedule will be disclosed before booking. Unless different written terms are provided for a particular program:

  • Payment is due before the scheduled service.
  • Requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a failure to attend may be treated as a delivered session.
  • Services already delivered are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Participant responsibilities

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results. You agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, attend confirmed sessions on time, and avoid using the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

Please do not send medical records, diagnostic information, financial account details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

7. Privacy and confidentiality

Cuentamelo Todo handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Mentoring communications are treated respectfully and with discretion, but they are not protected by physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or another professional privilege.

Disclosure may be required when necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or operate service providers under appropriate obligations.

8. Intellectual property

The website, original written materials, worksheets, branding, and program materials belong to Cuentamelo Todo or its licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute them without written permission.

9. No guarantee of results

Reflection and behavior change depend on many factors outside Cuentamelo Todo’s control. No particular personal, emotional, academic, business, career, relationship, or financial result is promised or guaranteed. Examples and educational content are illustrative, not predictions of individual outcomes.

10. Website availability and third parties

The website may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. Links or tools supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuentamelo Todo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or mentoring services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension or termination

Cuentamelo Todo may decline, suspend, or end access when the service is not appropriate, payment is overdue, boundaries are not respected, safety is a concern, or these Terms are materially violated. When practical, any financial adjustment will follow the written booking terms and applicable law.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of New Mexico, without overriding mandatory rights you may have under the law where you live. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
