5 years of mentoring experience
If you often hear yourself saying, “I can’t… I’m not worthy… I’m not good enough… Success isn’t for me… It’s too difficult for me…” this mentoring is for you.
Educational mentoring for adults. Not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.
01 · About Juna
For five years, I have accompanied adults who felt stuck around a project, a decision, a study goal, a work transition, or a habit they wanted to change.
My role is not to tell you who to become. I offer a calm space to examine the story you are repeating, separate assumptions from facts, and identify an action that makes sense in your real life.
This is an independent, non-clinical mentoring practice shaped by experience, attentive listening, structured reflection, and practical follow-through.
“You bring your lived experience. I bring questions, structure, and steady support.”
Spaces for reflection
The setting changes, but the intention remains the same: enough structure to think clearly and enough space to speak in your own way.
Private time to slow down, examine one situation, and identify a practical next step.
A respectful setting for guided reflection, different viewpoints, and shared accountability.
02 · Mentoring formats
Every format begins with context: what is happening, what you have already tried, and what a useful outcome would look like for you.
Individual
Focused conversations for one personal, study, work, or business-related roadblock.
Shared learning
Guided reflection with others who want perspective, mutual respect, and accountability.
Follow-through
Practical support for making your routines and surroundings more compatible with your intention.
03 · A simple framework
No dramatic promises and no one-size-fits-all formula—just a structured way to move from an automatic thought toward an intentional response.
Name the thought, assumption, or situation that repeatedly narrows your choices.
Look at the evidence, exceptions, costs, and alternative explanations without judging yourself.
Choose a manageable action, observe what happens, and adjust from real experience.
04 · Clear boundaries
Cuentamelo Todo may decline or pause mentoring when a request falls outside this non-clinical scope.
05 · Start a conversation
Share only what feels appropriate. Juna will review your message and reply by email with availability and possible next steps.
